• For each body work class that a student takes, (aromatherapy, swedish, hot stone, Indian head, and reflexology) you will be offered 3 free clinic sessions. This time is dedicated to enhancing and fine tuning your skills.
• The 3 free clinic days will be pre-determined by you and the instructor before your class finishes.
• There will be no substitutes for these dates.
• Should a student require more time than the 3 days allocated, there will be a small fee applied to help cover the costs of holding these extra clinics.  1/2 day   $10.00   Full day    $15.00  (Payable in cash at the beginning of the day)
• Each student will be expected to call the school by 2 pm of the day prior to the clinic day to confirm their attendance.  If you do not call we won't be expecting you.

What to Bring

• For each clinic day that you attend you need to bring the following
                  - 2 sets of sheets - white or green only
                  - 2 pillow cases
                  - 12 small white towels
                  - 2 head rest covers
                  - 2 client gowns
• The school will provide pillows, blankets and treatments tables only.
• Should you wish to purchase sheets and towels they are available for the regular fee in the student store.
• Aromatherapy Students - For those students practicing the basic treatment please bring your own student oil kit.
  
  I thank you for your co-operation.  My only other choice in this matter was to raise the cost of classes which I have worked hard to keep stable for the past three years.  I saw that this smaller change to clinic days as a more positive alternative.  I look forward to seeing you all as the new school year begins.
