Reflexology Theory & Techniques
August 10,11,17,18,19 (9am-4:30)
Cost: 730.00 (+gst)
Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive healing art that
is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the
feet as well as hands and ears that correspond to every
part of the body. There is virtually a ‘mini-map’ of
the body on the feet with the toes representing the
head, the ball of the foot ~ the chest area, the soft
part of the foot ~ the internal organs and the heel of
the foot ~ the pelvic region in our body.
By
working the reflexes using specific pressure techniques,
Reflexology helps promotes natural functioning of the
body systems and allows it to heal itself.
Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves
circulation and helps to balance the physical, mental
and emotional aspects of the whole person
