and magic of essential oils. A practical hands-on
workshop in which you will be introduced to
aromatherapy; its’ history, and then learn basic skills
for using essential oils effectively and safely. We will
be looking at a number of essential oils like well-known
favorites of lavender and tea tree. You will create a
blend of oils for yourself to take home for personal
use.

Hot Stone Reflexology

that releases the tension throughout the body using two
ancient techniques: hot stone massage and reflexology.
This one day workshop will teach you
the use,
placement, care and handling of heated basalt stones and
their application in a Reflexology session. This is an
excellent technique for clients with foot or leg
problems, from restless leg syndrome to plantar
fasciitis while
Reflexology improves circulation and gently dissolves
blocked energy.
The
“Experience” is more than just massage of the calves and
feet, it encompasses the whole person using placement of
stones to relax the back and a facial massage melt
stress away.
Using basalt stones,
eases the strain on the practitioner’s hands by letting
the stones do the deeper work. This workshop is

benefits of reflexology for their clients.
