The goal:
Personal and spiritual growth through integrating the
four levels of self: spiritual, mental, emotional and
physical.
The class:
Designed to assist the novice and the skilled seeker in
experiencing conscious living, enrichment and
fulfillment on their journey to self. Allowing each to
experience their own individual growth while benefiting
from the energy of a group dynamic is key . Use your
intuition to explore your own psychic abilities and
spiritual gifts. Several techniques and topics will be
introduced, including: breathing, mediation,
visualization, energy healing, levels of trance,
psychometry, chakra awareness, spirit guides,
interdimensional communication, altered states of
consciousness, and spiritual gifts (clairvoyance --
seeing, clairaudience -- listening, clairsentience –
feeling).
The Facilitator:
Sandra Richmond B.Ms, B.T.C., Ct.H . Scottish born and
clairvoyant since birth, Sandra developed her spiritual
gifts over many years of personal and formal training.
She holds a bachelor degree in Metaphysics and
Therapeutic Counseling. Her
studies include several areas, such as Traditional
Spiritualism and the work of the Masters of Wisdom.
Sandra, an international lecturer, popular medium,
psychic, hypnotist
and Spiritual Interfaith Minister
specializes in personal intuitive development.
Classes take place:
1 Sunday per month for 4 months 9am-4pm
